My alarms aren't firing
If an alarm was set but didn't ring, try restarting your iPhone.
Why can this happen?
Today Planned sets your alarms, then iOS takes care of showing them and playing the sound, even when the app isn't open.
Sometimes a problem in iOS can prevent an alarm from ringing or appearing. Unfortunately, when this happens, restarting your iPhone can get alarms working again.

Try this
- Turn your iPhone off, then back on.
- Open Today Planned and check that your upcoming alarms are set and aren't paused.
- Set a test alarm for a few minutes from now, then lock your phone and check that it rings.
Still missing alarms?
A restart may help, but it won't fix every cause. If it happens again, note the exact time the alarm should have rung and send us your diagnostic logs as soon as you notice.
In Today Planned, go to Settings → Help → I'm experiencing an issue. Tell us whether it happens with every alarm or just some, and whether restarting helped.
